Group ExerciseI love teaching group exercise classes. Sweating with friends – old ones and new – generates a special kind of energy and fun that keeps people engaged in the practice of fitness.

Yoga Sculpt

Certified through THE CorePower Yoga in Denver, Colorado, I love this hour long class. “When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.”

Ballet Strong

A fun and lively 30-60 minutes of ballet-inspired barre, standing, and mat exercises incorporated with light weights and classic fitness.

Bootcamp

A vigorous and fun-filled 60 minutes of conditioning and strength exercises.

3-2-1 Body Blast

45 minutes of the perfect full-body workout (3 Minutes of Resistance Training, 2 Minutes of Cardio, 1 Minute of Abs)

Absolutely Abs

This ain’t your grandma’s ab workout. 30 minutes of sweat inducing, belly sculpting, back strengthening exercises.
