50 minute one-on-one, weekly sessions devoted to understanding and healing your relationship with food, weight, body image, and exercise. For every week you are in counseling, you will have access to your counselor by email on a daily basis if desired and by phone when absolutely necessary. (Instant replies and availability cannot be assured.)

If you are overweight and have been enslaved to compulsive overeating, emotional eating, binge eating, and/or purging, you can expect to lose weight – slowly.
